You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rp8888 Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, and you must take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to your Account. Choose a strong, unique password that includes a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, regardless of whether you personally performed such actions. You agree to immediately notify rp8888 customer support if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. rp8888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain adequate security.

4.2 Account Monitoring & Auditing

rp8888 reserves the right to monitor all Account activity, betting patterns, transaction history, gameplay data, and device information to detect fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, money laundering, and other prohibited conduct. We employ advanced analytics and machine learning algorithms to identify suspicious behavior. If we determine that your Account has been used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes, we may immediately freeze your Account, confiscate your balance, and report your activity to relevant law enforcement authorities.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rp8888 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon), e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), and select cryptocurrencies. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 IDR unless otherwise specified for specific promotions. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though bank transfer processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (payments made from accounts not belonging to you) are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate refund of the deposit, account suspension, and potential permanent closure. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and fraud.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing & Limits

You may request a withdrawal of your Real Money balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable wagering requirements. 5.3 Currency & Exchange Rates

If you deposit funds in a foreign currency, the amount will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Currency conversion fees may apply depending on your payment provider.

For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place Rp 30,000,000 in total bets before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10%, and sports betting 20%. 6.2 Bonus Restrictions & Abuse

While Bonus funds are active in your Account, you are subject to maximum bet limits per round or wager, typically Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified. Exceeding these limits constitutes bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and associated winnings.

You may hold only one (1) active bonus at a time. You cannot combine multiple bonuses simultaneously. If you have an active bonus and deposit additional funds, you must complete the existing bonus wagering requirements before claiming a new promotion.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., betting on both red and black in roulette), or collusion with other players, is strictly prohibited. rp8888 reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close accounts engaged in bonus abuse.

6.3 Bonus Forfeiture & Expiration

Bonuses that remain unused or fail to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period (typically 30 days from activation) will automatically expire and be removed from your Account. Once a bonus expires, you cannot reclaim it. If you request a withdrawal while a bonus is active but wagering requirements are incomplete, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited, and only your Real Money balance will be processed.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets are subject to the specific rules and regulations of the respective sport and betting market. Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the governing body of the sport or event. If an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets may be voided and stakes refunded, or the bet may stand subject to specific market rules.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rp8888 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or using nominee accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse bonuses.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players, match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of cheating.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any tools designed to manipulate the platform or gain unfair advantage.

9. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall rp8888's total cumulative liability to you exceed the amount of Real Money deposited into your Account during the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 10. Account Termination & Suspension

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your rp8888 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, you must withdraw your remaining Real Money balance. Unclaimed balances remaining in closed accounts for more than 180 days may be forfeited. Active bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited upon account closure.

10.2 Account Suspension & Termination by rp8888

rp8888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, underage gambling, provision of false information, or failure to complete KYC verification. In the event of account closure for violation of these Terms, rp8888 may confiscate your remaining balance in addition to closing your Account.

If we suspect fraudulent activity, we may freeze your Account pending investigation. During this period, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. Investigations may take up to 90 days. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, your Account will be reinstated and any withheld funds will be released.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming standards and best practices. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of rp8888 Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and rp8888.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration institution agreed upon by both parties. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on both parties.
